Jenny makes textiles that respond to magnetic fields. One example is her magnetic felt, which is blended with wool to be soft to the touch, but adheres itself to other magnetic objects and surfaces. Another example is the magnetic tile wallcovering, which is based on a flexible patterned translucent square unit that can build up to repeat across a wall surface. Thanks to its magnetic property, this tile can be reconfigured to display several repeats.

She is obsessed with magnets, and loves William Gilbert of Colchester for that reason. The Museum of the History of Science in Oxford is a frequent hang-out, where you might catch her admiring a giant 17th-century enthroned lodestone. She doesn't use magnetic therapy, but believes in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Her favourite animal is the Magnetotactic Bacteria.

In the future, there will be a Magnet Museum, and Jenny hopes she's the one to start it.
